AVANTRADING was founded by Luis Villarroel, an industrual engineer with more than ten years experience in the food industry, with the idea of promoting food exports from Latin America to international markets.

Being based in Argentina has made it our biggest sourcing market. Argentina is known for having a vast expanse of fertile land, offering a wealth of agricultural opportunities. This abundance of fertile land has contributed significantly to Argentina's agricultural industry, making it a major player in global food production and allowing for the cultivation of a wide range of crops. From wheat and corn to soybeans, citrus and grapes, also different kinds of livestock.

This strategic location allows us to tap into the vast suppliers base and cater to our clients specific needs and preferences. With a deep understanding of the local culture and market dynamics, we have been able to establish strong relationships. Uruguay, Chile, Peru, and Brazil are also important sources of agricultural products in Latin America, to which we have access. Uruguay is a well known exporter of dairy products and meat in the region. Chile is known for its fruit exports, particularly grapes and berries.
